Real stations. Traceable ranks.
Eight Stops is an independent daily game about London Underground stations.
Where do the rankings come from?
The current release uses a TfL Open Data StopPoint snapshot captured on 21 October 2026. It includes 269 distinct Tube stations; entrances, individual platforms and interchange hub records are excluded. Line-specific records for the same station name are combined.
What does a rank mean?
Stations are compared against the complete station set for each category. Rank #1 is best. Equal measurements share a rank. Category information in the game explains exactly what is counted and the source used.
A snapshot, refreshed by release
The data is versioned reference material, rather than live travel information. Daily boards are supported through 18 January 2027 by this release. Saved games retain their original board and ranks.
